What you will do

• Serve as a trusted People partner to managers and leaders, providing guidance on performance, development, and employee relations.
• Own and execute core people processes end-to-end, including performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Scale manager effectiveness by designing and facilitating training programs.
• Champion an AI-first approach to people business partnership, building AI-powered HR workflows and tools.
• Identify trends in performance, engagement, and attrition data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally to support headcount planning, compensation decisions, and compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR, People Operations, or People Business Partner experience, ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Demonstrated ability to execute people processes with rigor and follow-through.
• Proven experience applying AI tools and intelligent automation to reshape core HR functions.
• Strong analytical instincts to pull and interpret data to identify trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to earn trust with ICs and senior leaders.
• A self-starter orientation, thriving in ambiguous environments and taking problems from 0 to 1.
