What you will do
- Provide strategic HR guidance, including assessments, action plans, handbook reviews, and compliance advice, for assigned customers to meet their HR and business goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, educating them on HR best practices and delivering creative solutions to complex HR questions.
- Coach and mentor fellow HR Consultants, offering daily support and quality assurance feedback.
- Create HR-related content, tools, and experiences for both external and internal use.
- Optimize team efficiencies, including integrating AI tools into workflows.
- Manage longer-term projects, such as customer compliance newsletters and learning opportunities, from scoping to deadline management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience at the HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Employee Relations Manager level.
- Experience handling compliance across multiple US states.
- At least one of the following HR certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP required.
- If not certified, certification must be obtained within the first six months of employment (financial support provided by hirify.global).

- Experience in tech, consulting, SaaS, and/or PEO environments.
- Global HR experience.
