Salary: $137,500.00–$151,250.00 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR guidance, including assessments, action plans, handbook reviews, and compliance advice, for assigned customers to meet their HR and business goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, educating them on HR best practices and delivering creative solutions to complex HR questions.
• Coach and mentor fellow HR Consultants, offering daily support and quality assurance feedback.
• Create HR-related content, tools, and experiences for both external and internal use.
• Optimize team efficiencies, including integrating AI tools into workflows.
• Manage longer-term projects, such as customer compliance newsletters and learning opportunities, from scoping to deadline management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience at the HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Employee Relations Manager level.
• Experience handling compliance across multiple US states.
• At least one of the following HR certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP required.
• If not certified, certification must be obtained within the first six months of employment (financial support provided by hirify.global).

Nice to have

• Experience in tech, consulting, SaaS, and/or PEO environments.
• Global HR experience.
