What you will do
- Own the global roadmap for interviewer certification and enablement to ensure elite hiring standards.
- Act as a consultative architect for senior leaders, diagnosing problems and designing org-wide solutions at scale.
- Design and build career frameworks and success profiles for critical roles, built for an AI-first future.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to embed success profiles into hiring workflows, transforming talent assessment.
- Lead "Future of Work" conversations, analyzing AI's impact on roles and designing optimized org structures.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience, ideally from a top management consulting firm or hyper-growth tech environment.
- Ability to work legally in the US is required.
- Proven ability to build programs from scratch with a business-first mindset.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex problem-solving, strategic influence, and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Deep curiosity about AI's impact on job descriptions and organizational structures, with an AI-builder mindset.
- Broad and deep HR domain expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Talent Acquisition.
- Willingness to comply with requirements for U.S. government licenses for export-controlled technology, if applicable.
