People Business Partner

Location: This role is on site in our Pleasanton, California office

Salary: $97,000—$145,500 USD

What you will do

• Support business leaders in product and engineering to unleash the full potential of their teams through enhancing talent and organizational capability.
• Drive performance management and accountability via cascading goals structure through an organization.
• Drive leadership effectiveness via coaching and development programs.
• Improve and simplify processes, tools, communications, and execution of HR Services.
• Drive key people initiatives and executes enterprise-wide HR programs, processes and practices.
• Act as an employee champion and change agent to proactively improve the work environment, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
• 1 plus years as an People Business Partner preferably in product and engineering.
• Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness.
• Keenly attuned to issues of diversity and inclusion.
