Salary: $137,972–$217,100 a year (across North America, with a specific range of $137,972–$184,257 for Toronto, Canada).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for high-impact product initiatives, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Proactively shape problem definitions, clarifying direction from ambiguity.
• Design complex, workflow-driven experiences involving data, configuration, planning, automation, or AI-assisted interactions.
• Translate evolving requirements into thoughtful interaction models, information architecture, and polished UI.
• Develop strong, well-reasoned design perspectives to shape product decisions.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience leading complex product work involving structured data, systems, or platform experiences.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative within large problem spaces.
• Strong product judgment and ability to articulate clear reasoning behind decisions.
• Expertise across UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
