What you will do
- Lead a high-performing sales team to understand customer technology, product, and business strategies.
- Build partnerships from engineering teams to executive leadership.
- Secure strategic design wins in close collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Identify, develop, and accelerate new revenue streams.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and mitigate risks.
- Influence customer decisions and enable sales execution for business results and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in B2B and/or technology sales.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of the IT market and ecosystem.
- Proven ability to drive revenue, manage sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization.
- Fluent in English.
- Native level Japanese.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in an Account Manager or Account Sales Manager role.
- Experience managing large or strategic enterprise accounts.
