What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders to assist with HR processes and projects.
- Develop an understanding of company processes and strategic goals to translate into effective HR initiatives.
- Participate in the implementation and communication of HR initiatives and change processes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on headcount, job descriptions, and recruitment.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on performance management processes.
- Investigate and resolve management and employee issues or complaints promptly.
- Manage onboarding and exit procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a multi-company/location environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 5% may be required.
- Ability to process and handle confidential information.
Nice to have
- Minimum of one year project management experience.
- Human Resource Certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
