What you will do
- Partner with Customer Care and Support Function senior leaders to define, deliver, and embed people strategy.
- Manage and develop a team of People Partners, enabling them to partner global teams across multiple functions and geographies.
- Drive high performance by co-creating and implementing better ways of working and enabling leaders and managers.
- Build foundations for growth by partnering workforce planning, organisational design, and talent development strategies.
- Champion employee engagement by shaping the employee experience, acting on feedback, and building culture.
- Lead through fast-paced change with empathy and structure, ensuring colleagues are valued and connected to the mission.
- Use people insights and data to create hypotheses, diagnose challenges, track progress, and measure impact.
Requirements
- Tenured experience in a People Partner role partnering customer service organisations in fast-growing tech companies.
- Experience working within Spanish Employment Law.
- Track record of partnering and influencing senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of team design, high performance culture, leadership development, and change management.
- Coaching mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Commercial approach to people work, with a focus on impact, data, and action.
- Experience developing and enabling leaders through multiple methods including skills gap analysis, designing, delivering, and measuring training programmes.
- Comfort operating across regions and time zones, with experience partnering international teams; ideally UKI, Spain, and the US.
- You must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global hubs in London or Boston, as this role requires an in-person presence 3 days a week.
