Commercial Account Executive (AI)

Location: London, UK; on-site

Annual salary: $175,000–$220,000 USD, plus variable compensation and equity

What you will do

• Support the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
• Build relationships with prospects and customers and understand their business needs.
• Explain how LangChain products can support technical teams adopting AI agent solutions.
• Prospect strategically into SMB, mid-market, and small-enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success professionals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• At least 1 year of experience closing SMB, commercial, and mid-market accounts.
• Strong record of sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound deals.
• Ability to execute with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, solution-oriented, self-starting, and resourceful approach.
