What you will do
- Create and execute RPO project work plans, ensuring defined search requests and project standards.
- Identify resources, assign individual responsibilities, and communicate team metrics.
- Maintain awareness of sourcing strategies and develop best approaches for the client.
- Manage day-to-day client interaction, set expectations, and identify needs for recruiting solutions.
- Prepare for and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management.
- Lead and motivate teams, conducting performance evaluations and supporting career development plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience leading recruiting teams with a strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
- Understanding of recruiting metrics, reporting standards, SLAs/SOW, and P&L.
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate clearly, analyze complex data, and effectively plan and organize in a fast-paced environment.
