Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite in Northridge, CA, USA

Salary: $120,000.00 – $170,000.00

What you will do

• Create and execute RPO project work plans, ensuring defined search requests and project standards.
• Identify resources, assign individual responsibilities, and communicate team metrics.
• Maintain awareness of sourcing strategies and develop best approaches for the client.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction, set expectations, and identify needs for recruiting solutions.
• Prepare for and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management.
• Lead and motivate teams, conducting performance evaluations and supporting career development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading recruiting teams with a strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
• Understanding of recruiting metrics, reporting standards, SLAs/SOW, and P&L.
• Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly, analyze complex data, and effectively plan and organize in a fast-paced environment.
