TL;DR
Contract Coordinator (Talent Acquisition): Supporting the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment process with an accent on providing responsive customer service and managing documentation. What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing responsive customer service via email, live chat, and telephone.
- Identify candidate needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Manage documentation, tracking, and status of engagements/requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
- Manage advertising response rates, making decisions on where advertising should be turned on/off.
- Manage, review, and send HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates.
- Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 4 days weekly in Newport Beach, CA, with ability to flex up to 5 days as needed.
- 2+ years of project management, administrative experience, or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment.
- 2+ years of experience working with all Microsoft Office tools, with particular proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 2+ years of experience organizing & managing own workload with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- High School Diploma.
