What you will do

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Maintain candidate and hiring data accuracy within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps and support the transition of new hires to onboarding.
• Track interviewer training completion and manage interview projects via GitHub.
• Maintain job postings across various platforms to ensure brand consistency.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline hiring workflows.

Requirements

• Permanent US work authorization is required.
• 1-2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Availability to work a consistent part-time schedule during Mountain Time business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Professional written communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction.
