What you will do
- Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities with recruitment needs.
- Define, design, and implement sourcing strategies for building specific candidate profiles.
- Develop and optimize diverse sourcing channels to enhance talent pool quantity and quality.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic sourcing frameworks.
- Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are utilized by the sourcing team.
- Partner with recruiters and team members to facilitate effective searches and hiring events.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and located in the EST or CST time zone.
- 1+ years of full cycle recruitment and candidate scheduling experience.
- 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
- 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
- 1+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
- High School Diploma required (4-year degree highly preferred).
