Associate Recruiter (EST or CST, Remote)

Location: Remote within the United States (EST or CST time zones required)

What you will do

• Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities with recruitment needs.
• Define, design, and implement sourcing strategies for building specific candidate profiles.
• Develop and optimize diverse sourcing channels to enhance talent pool quantity and quality.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic sourcing frameworks.
• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are utilized by the sourcing team.
• Partner with recruiters and team members to facilitate effective searches and hiring events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and located in the EST or CST time zone.
• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment and candidate scheduling experience.
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
• 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• High School Diploma required (4-year degree highly preferred).
