What you will do

• Support the integration of hirify.global Digital platforms with client systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain best practice documentation for integrations with third-party platforms.
• Support the implementation of hirify.global Built On Workday Apps with client Workday environments.
• Review and assess client’s functional and technical integration requirements for HRIS platforms.
• Develop implementation plans to address integration requirements and support the integration work.
• Partner with Client Advocacy Solution Success Architects on technology integration and architecture questions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience implementing and/or deploying API-based integrations for HRIS platforms.
• Certification with Workday HCM modules, including configuration and implementation.
• High-level knowledge of Recruitment and Talent Management business areas.
• Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors integration configurations (Workday Orchestrate, SAP BTP, etc.).
• Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related topic is highly desirable.
