Salary: €72,000 – €108,000

What you will do

• Develop software and tooling to enhance productivity for a community of nearly 3,000 internal engineers.
• Build and maintain scalable development and testing tools vital for an efficient continuous delivery platform.
• Design and ship robust microservices and APIs to streamline the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map developer needs to technical solutions.
• Contribute to the architectural evolution of the next generation of hirify.global Developer Tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented or Functional programming (e.g., Java, Javascript, Ruby, Scala).
• Proven experience in API development and shipping microservices.
• Experience working with automation, CI/CD, or web testing software.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin, Ireland office to support the hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Strong TDD, unit/system testing, debugging, and profiling skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Proficiency with build and CI/CD tooling such as Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, and Artifactory.
• Ability to write detailed technical design documents and provide constructive code reviews.
