What you will do
- Prepare company overviews and develop target lists for account teams.
- Identify potential candidates using online and proprietary tools.
- Call companies to determine organizational structures.
- Input and update confidential candidate records in the proprietary CRM (Searcher™).
- Actively participate in designing search and business development strategies.
- Contribute to market intelligence projects by identifying and tracking organizational, industry, and functional trends.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution is required.
- Must be genuinely interested in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics/needs.
- Must have a high Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously, adhere to best practices, and work required hours.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Must demonstrate discretion regarding client and candidate information confidentiality.
- Must be able to work in the United States of America.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, Factiva, and Lexis-Nexis.
