What you will do
- Find and build new business opportunities in key markets for the HRIS solution.
- Engage across channels using calls, personalized emails, and live events to connect with prospects.
- Research and map out accounts to ensure high-quality opportunities and strategize new business wins with Account Executives.
- Utilize sales tech tools to optimize efficiency and automate tasks.
- Share feedback with the team to improve sales strategies and content.
Requirements
- Ability to find and build relationships in key markets.
- Experience reaching out to potential clients and opening doors for new business.
- Proficiency in using multiple methods (calls, emails, events) to connect with prospects.
- Skills in identifying decision-makers, assessing interest, and understanding timelines.
- Strong research skills to map out accounts and ensure high-quality opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Executives for outreach planning.
