What you will do

• Find and build new business opportunities in key markets for the HRIS solution.
• Engage across channels using calls, personalized emails, and live events to connect with prospects.
• Research and map out accounts to ensure high-quality opportunities and strategize new business wins with Account Executives.
• Utilize sales tech tools to optimize efficiency and automate tasks.
• Share feedback with the team to improve sales strategies and content.

Requirements

• Ability to find and build relationships in key markets.
• Experience reaching out to potential clients and opening doors for new business.
• Proficiency in using multiple methods (calls, emails, events) to connect with prospects.
• Skills in identifying decision-makers, assessing interest, and understanding timelines.
• Strong research skills to map out accounts and ensure high-quality opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with Account Executives for outreach planning.
