Location: Remote (US). Applicants located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $203,400–$254,200 USD annually (base + variable).

What you will do

• Manage Services bookings quota, revenue forecast, and sales for assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain a quarterly demand generation plan.
• Educate and communicate hirify.global’s Instructor Led Training services.
• Support proposal (SOW) creation and develop strong client relationships.
• Report on results, present business plans, and lead meetings.
• Exceed Annual Services bookings quota targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent track record of benchmarked sales success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Competency in Salesforce & HubSpot CRM or comparable alternative.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and hunt for new opportunities within account base.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
