What you will do
- Lead and motivate a B2B Sales team of 10 to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Utilize data analysis and forecasting to inform sales strategy and track performance.
- Drive team performance through regular 1-2-1 coaching and accountability.
- Oversee dealer launches, focusing on retention and supporting dealer ramp-up.
- Coach the team to expand relationships with existing accounts, providing personalized recommendations.
- Implement strategies to reduce cancellation rates across reactivated and mid-tier dealers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in sales, with at least 3 years managing a team to deliver targets.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing sales talent to exceed goals.
- Commercially minded and data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with CRM technology to track performance and identify opportunities.
