TL;DR

Location: Fully remote opportunity within the United States with approximately 20% travel.

Salary: $189,000–$205,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Build, own, and deliver strategic account plans for individual health plan clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with key health plan executives to support continued growth.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with current clients for new business opportunities.
  • Act as an internal champion for dedicated accounts, working with internal teams to address client needs.
  • Partner with the Client Success team to ensure Cohere delivers and exceeds expectations.
  • Provide guidance to Cohere teams based on client feedback and identify additional growth areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10-15 years of experience working with health plans in an account management, client success, or client-facing role.
  • Deep knowledge of health plans, market factors, and key players to drive growth.
  • Deep knowledge of Medicaid and experience working with clients in the Medicaid space.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and delivering on account plans.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both internal and external.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to build strong business cases in support of client growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding client expectations and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Passion for driving change in the healthcare industry.

  • Master's degree.
  • Previous experience at a startup or early-stage company launching new products.
