What you will do
- Build, own, and deliver strategic account plans for individual health plan clients.
- Cultivate relationships with key health plan executives to support continued growth.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with current clients for new business opportunities.
- Act as an internal champion for dedicated accounts, working with internal teams to address client needs.
- Partner with the Client Success team to ensure Cohere delivers and exceeds expectations.
- Provide guidance to Cohere teams based on client feedback and identify additional growth areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10-15 years of experience working with health plans in an account management, client success, or client-facing role.
- Deep knowledge of health plans, market factors, and key players to drive growth.
- Deep knowledge of Medicaid and experience working with clients in the Medicaid space.
- Demonstrated track record of creating and delivering on account plans.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both internal and external.
- Analytical mindset and ability to build strong business cases in support of client growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding client expectations and comfort with ambiguity.
- Passion for driving change in the healthcare industry.
