Location: Remote (USA). U.S. employees must live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $83,200.00 - $132,800.00 annually (specific to certain US locations).

What you will do

  • Lead LOA vendor implementations, day-to-day vendor management, and optimization.
  • Partner with Tech to configure and maintain Workday leave modules and integrations.
  • Develop and track key metrics, build dashboards, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Translate complex leave rules into system logic and test scenarios.
  • Manage compliance and policy governance for global LOA programs.
  • Lead change management and communications for LOA-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration, with significant experience in LOA, accommodations, and disability program management.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. leave and accommodation laws and familiarity with global statutory leave laws.
  • Experience implementing LOA and disability vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience working with leave-tracking HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Proven experience in scaling processes and working independently at a senior level.
