What you will do
- Drive net-new logo acquisition by developing and closing high-impact opportunities across Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across technical personas (developers, architects, product teams) and business leaders.
- Build a deep understanding of customer goals and tailor scalable solutions across parent and subsidiary brands.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Renewal Managers to shape value-driven proposals.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations and sales collateral that address both technical and business objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a field sales role closing B2B SaaS business.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and their value propositions.
- Proven success in complex, consultative enterprise sales into organizations with matrixed structures and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles with stakeholders spanning technical and business teams.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, bringing both curiosity and initiative.
- Desire and confidence to represent hirify.global at industry events and conferences.
