What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the hirify.global Platform.
- Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes.
- Design and deliver customized use cases that align with customer goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that may impede customer success.
- Advocate for the customer's voice and feedback to influence hirify.global's roadmap.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers, evaluating progress.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
- 12 years experience in Strong project management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on experience with cloud environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud technologies.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages and familiarity with APIs and web services
