What you will do
- Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate initial interest.
- Conduct research on accounts, partners, and event participants.
- Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the BDM/Product/Advisory experts.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records.
- Support the preparation of outreach materials and messaging for sustainable agriculture stakeholders.
- Report progress and insights to the Sustainability Sales Lead and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and campaign efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar outreach/lead generation role (preferably in a B2B tech or product environment).
- Strong written communication skills in English (email & LinkedIn outreach, phone calls).
- Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, document activities clearly, and deliver results without micromanagement.
- Experience with cold outreach, prospecting tools, and CRM systems.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to perform initial account research.
- At least basic knowledge of the sustainability domain and carbon credits market OR a strong willingness and ability to learn fast.
Nice to have
- Additional European languages are a plus.
