What you will do
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential B2B clients, primarily in the US and the Nordics region.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists and collect/verify contact information of decision-makers.
- Perform market and competitor research.
- Support outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Enrich CRM with accurate and structured data.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to refine targeting strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Research, Lead Generation, or Sales support, preferably in IT.
- Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, or custom software development business models.
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, or Clutch.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+) for written communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in the IT outsourcing/software development industry.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and ICP building/segmentation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
