Location: Remote, with office options in Kyiv or Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential B2B clients, primarily in the US and the Nordics region.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists and collect/verify contact information of decision-makers.
  • Perform market and competitor research.
  • Support outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Enrich CRM with accurate and structured data.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to refine targeting strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Research, Lead Generation, or Sales support, preferably in IT.
  • Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, or custom software development business models.
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, or Clutch.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+) for written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the IT outsourcing/software development industry.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and ICP building/segmentation.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
