- Plan and shape feasible account strategies that represent value for clients and support company's growth.
- Understand company's approach to delivery, scheduling, and onboarding and collaborate with Engagement Directors.
- Manage portfolio operations and drive team engagement and service team growth.
- Communicate company's mission and goals clearly, building connection between the company's proposition, clients and team goals.
- Evolve & iterate commercial processes to drive business unit revenue & profitability.
