TL;DR

Client Services Director: Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key stakeholders to increase company's impact and strategically understand the client, influencing partnership and aligning company's goals. Focus on account strategies, portfolio planning, and commercial strategies across the business unit.

Location: You will be able to work in a range of locations from your home, in your clubhouse, on a client, as well as just a change of scenery.

What you will do

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Plan and shape feasible account strategies that represent value for clients and support company's growth.
• Understand company's approach to delivery, scheduling, and onboarding and collaborate with Engagement Directors.
• Manage portfolio operations and drive team engagement and service team growth.
• Communicate company's mission and goals clearly, building connection between the company's proposition, clients and team goals.
• Evolve & iterate commercial processes to drive business unit revenue & profitability.
