What you will do
- Become an expert on hirify.global’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their IT roadmap to drive hirify.global solutions.
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy with a target prospect list and regional sales plan.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
Requirements
- 6+ years field sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Proven track record in securing new logos.
- Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
- Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling and managing complex sales processes.
- Ability to define and execute sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets.
- English: B2 required.
