Location: Onsite in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver (USA) or Vancouver (Canada)

Salary: $50,000–$70,000

What you will do

• Oversee the partner onboarding application process, including intake, routing, and documentation tracking.
• Support Deal Registration conversions, progression, and periodic audits.
• Manage key Marketplace workflows, including private offers, bulk uploads, and incentive processes.
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, including Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity records and recurring accuracy audits.
• Manage the Partner & Impartner support alias, triaging, routing, and resolving inquiries.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related support role (SaaS experience preferred).
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and willingness to learn partner platforms (e.g., Impartner, Tackle).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
• Clear communication skills with a service-oriented approach to supporting partners and internal teams.
• Work authorization for USA or Canada required.
