TL;DR

Client Success Partner (Agile ATS): Managing the implementation, adoption, and long-term value of the AgileATS platform for customers with an accent on recruiting workflows and talent acquisition operations. What you will do

  • Lead customers through the implementation and configuration of AgileATS, including workflows and feature setup.
  • Monitor usage data to identify adoption gaps and develop practical plans to improve product usage.
  • Deliver tailored onboarding and ongoing training to help customers achieve their hiring goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews using data-driven storytelling to demonstrate the value of the platform.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support renewals and identify growth opportunities for additional services.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert, contributing to playbooks and enablement materials.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting recruiting workflows, hiring processes, or talent acquisition operations.
  • Ability to analyze usage trends and communicate insights clearly using data.
  • Strong consultative approach to identify root causes and offer process-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills for managing multiple stakeholder priorities.
  • Authorization to work in the USA (required for 401k, HSA, and FSA eligibility).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically AgileATS.
  • Previous experience in customer success, onboarding, or implementation roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM or customer success platforms such as Salesforce or ChurnZero.
  • Experience creating training documentation or internal enablement resources.
