Senior Account Executive (Ecommerce, DACH): Building and scaling the DACH market for a personalization platform with an accent on new logo acquisition, partner-led motions, and complex enterprise deals. Location: Onsite in Munich, Germany. The role is focused on building and scaling the DACH market.

What you will do

  • Navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Build and execute the German market approach, defining winning strategies for enterprise and mid-market retailers in DACH.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through outbound and partner-led sales motions.
  • Co-sell effectively with System Integrators, technology partners, and agencies.
  • Own the full sales cycle and help shape target account strategy and local market positioning.
  • Represent hirify.global at trade shows and industry events to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven success in complex enterprise SaaS sales, owning the entire sales cycle.
  • Experience building or scaling a new market, region, or segment.
  • Strong track record of running structured, value-based sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Experience co-selling with System Integrators, technology partners, or agencies.
  • Ability to engage and influence multiple senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Fluency in German and professional English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience within retail, e-commerce, MarTech, or digital marketing.
  • Fluency in Italian and/or French.
