TL;DR

Founding Sales (AI/SaaS): Owning and building the US revenue engine for an AI Integration Gateway platform with an accent on designing and iterating the go-to-market motion, closing flagship US accounts, and defining sales strategy. Focus on selling highly technical products to engineers, CTOs, and technical founders, solving complex B2B sales challenges, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Location: Remote (PT timezone). This role is primarily focused on US revenue and market.

What you will do

  • Own US revenue and pipeline targets tied directly to closed ARR.
  • Run full-cycle sales across inbound and outbound motions.
  • Sell to AI-native startups, enterprise teams embedding AI, and SaaS platforms.
  • Design and iterate the US outbound motion (account targeting, messaging, sequencing, experimentation).
  • Run live product demos independently and speak credibly about APIs and integration architecture.
  • Lay the foundation for future US sales hires and team structure.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience with clear evidence of overperformance and a strong track record of owning revenue targets.
  • Founder or early-employee experience in early-stage or fast-growing startup environments.
  • Experience selling dev tools, APIs, infrastructure, or other highly technical products.
  • Comfortable selling to engineers, CTOs, and technical founders, and running demos independently.
  • Exposure to AI/LLM products, agentic platforms, or meaningful hands-on experience with AI tools.
  • Experience building or shaping a go-to-market motion, with a high ownership mindset.

Nice to have

  • iPaaS/integrations background.
  • Security/compliance exposure (SOC 2, HIPAA).
  • Experience selling alongside PLG motions.
