Salary: $55,000–$65,000 base + $85,000–$95,000 OTE

What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Own the top of the funnel by booking high-quality discovery meetings and demos for the Sales team.
- Leverage hirify.global’s in-person and virtual events as strategic engagement opportunities for hard-to-reach stakeholders.
- A/B test messaging, monitor conversion rates, and iterate on sequences to optimize performance.
- Maintain pristine data in HubSpot and the sales stack to ensure seamless hand-offs to Account Executives.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years as an SDR/BDR or comparable high-output outbound role is preferred.
- Confidence in cold outbound, including cold calling and tailoring pitches to senior stakeholders.
- Track record of consistently hitting targets for meetings booked and demonstrating activity and outcomes.
- Comfort with sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or Outreach.
- Data-driven approach to analyzing and improving sales performance.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling to Product, Design, UX, Insights, or Research teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS workflows and multi-stakeholder deals.
