TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Proactively reaching out to target accounts, cold calling, and prospecting for new business with an accent on identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. Focus on developing tailored outreach strategies and seamless collaboration with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline.

Location: Remote First, but must be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 on target earnings

What you will do

  • Proactively reach out to target accounts using various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify key decision-makers and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Assess and qualify leads, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through strategic conversations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Work closely with BDR Managers and Account Executives to continuously refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Quick learner, capable of digesting both technical product knowledge and complex process requirements.
  • Motivated self-starter and hard worker with an entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to gather relevant information about target accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience preferred (SaaS, sales, customer service).
  • Location: Must be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.
