Location: Hybrid role based in San Mateo, CA, requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary: $90,695–$112,035 USD (annualized)

What you will do

  • Process HR queries and lifecycle transactions, ensuring global process alignment.
  • Drive global standardization and ensure SOP documentation and adherence.
  • Optimize HR technology like Workday and Freshservice for improved employee experience.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to future-state HR service solutions.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with hirify.global policies and regional regulations, supporting data audits.
  • Partner with Payroll for accurate data flow and maintain HR system data integrity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience, preferably in a fast-paced global technology company.
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and global process excellence methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of managing HR projects with urgency.
