What you will do

  • Manage existing partners to drive incremental revenue, develop solution competency, and ensure program compliance.
  • Recruit and engage new partners to support company initiatives and achieve performance metrics.
  • Design, propose, implement, and execute enablement and promotional programs for sales success.
  • Build and execute territory plans for focus and emerging partners in the region.
  • Lead communication facilitation between partners and hirify.global, providing necessary resources.
  • Conduct internal and external quarterly business reviews and drive product marketing activities with partners.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Sales and Channel Sales experience in computer networking & security.
  • Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Channel ecosystem, including VARs, National Solution Providers, System Integrators, and Distributors.
  • Proven, existing, and positive relationships within the regional partner ecosystem.
  • Consistent over-achievement in quota-bearing roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security and networking technologies.
  • Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
  • Proficiency in providing accurate forecasting, preferably using Salesforce.com.
