TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for IT and Security data solutions with an accent on articulating value propositions and managing the full sales ecosystem. Focus on landing and expanding seven-figure deals within Fortune Level Organizations and G2K companies.

Location: Remote (must be based in the Ottawa or Toronto Region, Canada)

What you will do

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of hirify.global during the sales process.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO.
  • Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations, calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISCO/CIO’s).
  • Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Success selling to G2K companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Must live local to the Ottawa or Toronto Region, Canada.
