What you will do
- Drive both strategic account planning and flawless tactical execution.
- Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting across the region.
- Nurture broad, high-value key client executive relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of regional marketing/sales programs.
- Maintain appropriate reporting systems and participate in meetings and business reviews.
- Recruit, train, and manage a world-class sales organization and grow the sales funnel.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven sales team management and ten years of direct sales experience.
- Deep understanding of subscription sales models and strategic SW licensing.
- Understanding of SaaS sales and cloud technologies.
- Culture of selling through and with partners.
- Ability to measure and analyze KPIs, driving a team to overachieve.
- Availability to work remotely and travel at least 30% of your work time.
Nice to have
- Database sales experience.
- SFDC experience is a plus.
