What you will do

  • Assist in prospecting and acquiring new clients, aligning their cybersecurity needs with hirify.global's solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, such as upgrades, renewals, and cross-sells.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account Directors, Customer Success) to ensure customers receive full value.
  • Support solution demonstrations and sales presentations to effectively communicate product value.
  • Help develop and present sales proposals that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Assist in the negotiation process and closing of deals, tracking activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles, ideally in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and sales, with a desire to grow within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and support solution development.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while focusing on details.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
