What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of secure, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions for a USAF program.
• Provide technical leadership across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, SPM, IRM, App Engine, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes.
• Establish platform governance, technical standards, architectural diagrams, and configuration documentation.
• Translate stakeholder and business requirements into architectural blueprints and support roadmap and backlog planning.
• Provide SME-level network architecture and engineering support, including infrastructure troubleshooting, network security, and LAN/WAN documentation.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• High school diploma and 12+ years of experience, including 10+ years in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, workflow development, and platform enhancements.
• Experience with platform governance, requirements analysis, federal agency architecture, ServiceNow upgrades, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Knowledge of App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Experience with network security, LAN/WAN design, network infrastructure documentation, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, SSCP, CND, or CCNA Security.

Nice to have

• Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks.
• DoD 8570.01-M IASAE II compliance and certifications such as CASP+ CE, CISSP, or CSSLP.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CTA certifications.
