What you will do

• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and IRM domains.
• Lead platform governance and serve as the technical SME for CMDB and CSDM.
• Design and oversee complex integrations utilizing Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and detailed design documentation.
• Provide SME-level support for network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN design and troubleshooting.
• Guide developers and administrators on technical configuration, design, and implementation best practices.

Requirements

• Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI) required
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) required
• Certification: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (e.g., Sec+ CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security) required
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and platform enhancements.
• Expertise in App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of network security, LAN/WAN design, and infrastructure documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS Networks.
• DoD 8570.01-M IASAE II compliance (CASP+CE, CISSP, CSSLP).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
