Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Metro Manila) with travel based on territory alignment.

What you will do

  • Manage Small and Medium Business (SMB) organizations to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery.
  • Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts using hirify.global product lines.
  • Define ambiguous business problems, drive innovative ideas, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Demonstrate how connected experiences come to life through software demonstrations and rapid prototyping with hirify.global solutions.
  • Build and present customized solutions and demonstrations focused on hirify.global products to multiple customer personas.
  • Develop and deliver the story of the customer experience aided by hirify.global technologies.

Requirements

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology.
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region.

Nice to have

  • hirify.global Certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
  • Basic programming experience in HTML and other web-based technologies.
