What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers who have expressed interest in products.
• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat within minutes of inquiry.
• Set meetings for sales representatives across the world.
• Follow up with working leads in automated sequences and manage call steps.
• Respond to inquiries from hand-raisers.
• Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions in Outreach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an inbound sales or lead development role.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent often preferred).
• Familiarity with Outreach and Salesforce.
• High emotional intelligence, self-organization, resilience to rejection, and a “hunter” mindset.
