What you will do

• Proactively engage customers to secure Purchase Orders for scheduled Year 2 and Year 3 billing.
• Clearly communicate billing timelines, contract terms, and documentation requirements.
• Review Salesforce Service Contracts and validate pricing, quantities, contract terms, and billing schedules for accuracy.
• Partner with Sales or Renewals teams to resolve contract or data issues.
• Ensure all required documentation and approvals are complete prior to order creation and invoicing.
• Track the billing readiness pipeline and proactively flag revenue risks to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in Order Management, Billing Operations, AR, Sales Operations, or Renewals Operations.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing direct customer outreach via email and phone.
• Experience working in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or subscription billing models.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).
• Additional language skills (Spanish, German, French, etc.).
