What you will do

  • Develop and manage prospects through daily/weekly/monthly follow-ups.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on pricing, product functionality, and demos.
  • Develop new, creative sales strategies and overcome objections.
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in Salesforce.com and Outreach.io.
  • Participate in regular meetings with product management teams and articulate customer and market feedback.
  • Manage lead qualification and management processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound-driven phone sales experience; technical or software space preferred.
  • Must handle APAC Clients
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven success rate of exceeding quota.
  • Good computer skills with experience in CRM, Outreach.io and/or Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
