What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing SDR team, translating company goals into individual career paths.
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s, shadow calls, and provide actionable feedback focusing on technical proficiency and sales mindset.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with company values.
- Actively monitor the inbound queue to ensure a sub-3-minute response time for all inquiries.
- Partner with Sales Ops to optimize Outreach sequences and Salesforce workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Build and customize Salesforce dashboards to track team performance and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales development organization.
- Track record of developing junior talent and a passion for coaching foundational sales skills.
- Deep understanding of inbound lead nurturing and "speed-to-lead" methodology.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach (or similar Sales Engagement Platforms).
- Analytical mindset, comfortable generating reports and managing to daily sales metrics.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a quota-carrying sales role; 1+ years in an SDR management or sales leadership role.
- Work from Manila, Philippines.
