Focus on recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a team to become future sales leaders, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring rapid response times to inquiries.

What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing SDR team, translating company goals into individual career paths.
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1s, shadow calls, and provide actionable feedback focusing on technical proficiency and sales mindset.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with company values.
  • Actively monitor the inbound queue to ensure a sub-3-minute response time for all inquiries.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to optimize Outreach sequences and Salesforce workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Build and customize Salesforce dashboards to track team performance and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales development organization.
  • Track record of developing junior talent and a passion for coaching foundational sales skills.
  • Deep understanding of inbound lead nurturing and "speed-to-lead" methodology.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach (or similar Sales Engagement Platforms).
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable generating reports and managing to daily sales metrics.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a quota-carrying sales role; 1+ years in an SDR management or sales leadership role.
  • Work from Manila, Philippines.

  • University or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive growth targets.
