hirify.global is seeking an outstanding leader to join its ASEAN team as Singapore-based Director of Success Plan Sales.
What you will do
- Drive bookings and exceed ACV targets for the Success Plan business.
- Create and execute a Success Plan sales strategy co-owned with Core & Cloud license Sales.
- Engage with C-level executives in enterprise customer organizations to position Success Plans.
- Lead, recruit, hire, and develop sales talent within the Success Plan Sales team.
- Drive operational excellence and consistently monitor team sales activity.
- Successfully handle significant escalations and issues.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading a high-growth sales portfolio focused on Enterprise customers.
- Previous experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales representatives.
- Proven people leadership skills to develop, drive, and motivate individual contributors.
- Proven ability to front executive relationships (internal and external).
- Consistent track record in successfully managing a services, support, or license sales organization in the technology sector.
- Prior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
