Location: Hybrid role, must be based in Singapore, with responsibility for Indonesia and ANZ markets. Requires 30% travel.

What you will do

  • Drive strategic account planning and ensure flawless tactical execution.
  • Manage accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting across the region.
  • Nurture high-value client executive relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Oversee planning and implementation of regional marketing/sales programs.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a world-class sales organization.
  • Grow and accelerate the sales funnel across the region.

Requirements

  • Proven sales team management experience of at least 2 years and ten years of direct sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of subscription sales models and strategic SW licensing.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to measure and analyze KPIs to drive team performance.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Database sales experience.
  • SFDC (Salesforce) experience.
