What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and operationalize new partner organizations to expand hirify.global’s indirect sales reach.
  • Build a regional partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones to achieve partner-sourced revenue metrics.
  • Enable sales and technical cross-training of hirify.global’s solutions with internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned regional partners to agreed sales goals and maintain regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with direct sales teams on channel-oriented opportunities.
  • Maintain and report an accurate sales forecast in SFDC.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in software enterprise sales and partner development.
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software or SaaS to Fortune 1,000 companies and developing a partner ecosystem within a SaaS model.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure ecosystem and how logs support security and DevOps use cases.
  • Demonstrable ability to understand and navigate complex sales cycles involving various stakeholders.
  • Experience creating and executing partner business plans with global and regional partners, emphasizing security service providers.
  • Comfort operating in a startup environment and ability to set priorities and motivate teams.
