TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Leading the successful deployment of software solutions for new and existing clients with an accent on onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live support. Focus on consulting with customers to identify inefficiencies, developing comprehensive implementation plans, and configuring software to align with business processes.

Location: Hybrid, must be legally entitled to work in Canada and willing to travel within the US and Canada up to 30% of the time.

Salary: $72,000 - $82,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead and manage the implementation of software solutions for Parks and Recreation customers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive software implementation plans.
• Consult with customers to identify inefficient processes and recommend solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including training materials.
• Configure software applications to align with customer business processes.
• Deliver training sessions to users and administrators, both remotely and in-person as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Local Public Sector, specifically Parks and Recreation.
• Advanced communication (oral and written) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Willingness to travel within the US and Canada up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Parks and Recreation Software applications.
• Experience in SaaS software implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Prior experience with Xplor Recreation software.
