Salary: $85,000 - $106,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of hirify.global's cloud-based accounts payable automation solution.
• Deliver exceptional service, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
• Guide customers through the technical integration process and provide problem-solving assistance.
• Oversee project timelines, tasks, and development efforts.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base, capturing lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success experience with SaaS applications.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.
• Passionate about customer service and proactively identifying solutions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience implementing and/or integrating with ERP applications (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct).
• Accounts Payable and Procurement knowledge.
• Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls).
