Location: Hybrid working model that requires you to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Salary: $85,000 - $106,000 CAD annually

What you will do
- Lead the implementation of 's cloud-based accounts payable automation solution.
- Deliver exceptional service, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
- Guide customers through the technical integration process and provide problem-solving assistance.
- Oversee project timelines, tasks, and development efforts.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base, capturing lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success experience with SaaS applications.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.
- Passionate about customer service and proactively identifying solutions.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience implementing and/or integrating with ERP applications (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct).
- Accounts Payable and Procurement knowledge.
- Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls).
