Senior Director, Product Delivery

Location: This position will be located in Boston or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.

What you will do

• Maintain a deep understanding of board governance workflows, director needs, and emerging trends.
• Direct and develop a global team of Product Delivery Leads (PDLs) responsible for customer delivery, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
• Work closely with Product Managers to ensure roadmap and delivery alignment & prioritization.
• Lead end-to-end release governance, including release planning, readiness assessments, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and improve operational processes, including change control and support workflows.
• Ensure seamless coordination among engineering, support, compliance, and business operations teams to resolve systemic blockers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product, Platform Management, Governance/Compliance technology, SaaS delivery, or related fields.
• Significant experience leading global teams and managing large-scale, complex platforms.
• Proven success in release management, operational governance, and cross-functional leadership.
• Familiarity with product development life cycle models as well as strong knowledge of Agile.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence with experience implementing within a product or within product development daily activities.
• Prior experience working in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum with enterprise-level application development experience.
